Trainees gain international experiences

As part of the EU-programme Erasmus+, four of our trainees had the chance to travel to Ireland for a company internship.

All four trainees of the third year of training took this opportunity to improve their language skills and to get to know a new country. To experience the daily life first hand they lived in host families in Kilkenny and Dungarvan during the two weeks of that internship. The work was not as usual in the office but in cafés and restaurants. On the weekend, our young colleagues discovered Dublin and visited the Hookhead lighthouse, the oldest lighthouse of Ireland. „It was a new and especially exciting experience we had in Ireland! We are thankful that Nespoli motivated us to take part in this adventure and also supported us financially“, so our trainee Lea Blank.

At the end, the trainees presented their internship company at a small celebration and got the „Erasmus-Europass“. For having supported the trainees, Nespoli got the „Erasmus + training partners" award.

„In our globalized world, international experiences become more and more valuable both privately and in business. That’s why we are very happy, that our four trainees took this opportunity. In the future, we will motivate further trainees to take part in Erasmus+“, so personnel manager Katharina Wörle.
